  • Cable Identifier

    K&S Engineering and Scientific Ltd

K&S Engineering and Scientific LTD's Cable Identifier Set offers the user a compact, portable solution for cable identification. Depending on the user preference, the Cable Function Generator and Cable Identifier Unit can be jointly housed in a rugged briefcase, or alternatively, for the user requiring a more rugged unit, can be delivered as two individual units each with their own carry-case. With the Cable Identifier Set, power optimum levels are selected by means of a rotary switch and the power levels are displayed on a meter located on the Cable Function Generator. As the Cable Identifier Unit is capable of detecting magnetic fields around mains cables it has the added advantage of the user being able to use this as a stand-alone unit to detect power cable configuration.

  • Magnetoresistive Milligauss Meter

    MR3 - Alpha Lab, Inc.

The MR3 Magnetoresistive Milligauss Meter measures and displays the three vectorcomponents (X, Y, Z) as well as the magnitude (M) of the static magnetic field. Update is two times per second. The three sensors are in a 25 mm (1") cube at the end of a flexible 100 cm (40") cable. It can be powered by 4 AA batteries (included) or a Worldwide AC adaptor (included). It can collect and store data (X, Y, Z and M) for later download or stream data live via USB connector. Both the instantaneous values of X, Y, Z and M, and their peak values, are displayed on the meter screen. "Peak" values are the highest values seen since the peak reset button was pressed. Maximum error of sensitivity is +/- 0.5 % of the reading, and the maximum error of the offset is +/- 0.50 milligauss. Range is +/- 1999.99 milligauss with resolution 0.01 milligauss (or 1 nT) over the full range, displayed simultaneously for X, Y, Z and M.

  • Calibration & Demag.

Model 8515-D - Magnetic Instrumentation Inc.

The Model 8515-D is a medium-energy, high voltage, and capacitor discharge type ringing demagnetizer capable of desaturating Ceramic and Rare Earth magnetic materials. The Model 8515-D is easily adapted to a wide range of production and laboratory demagnetizing requirements. A modern solid-state electronic control circuit, coupled with a rugged, heavy-duty discharge SCR and fixture, make this demagnetizer a highly reliable, low maintenance unit. The electronic voltage control circuit prevents the Model 8515-D from being discharged before the preset energy level has been reached, avoiding incomplete magnet desaturation. An easy to read front panel meter monitors the capacitor voltage. The energy storage level can be easily changed in the field. Integral electrical interlock and fail-safe circuitry provide a high degree of operator safety.

  • Protective Bonding Testers

RMO-E Series - IBEKO Power AB

The RMO-E instruments are designed and ideal for testing protective bonding (grounding) of equipment following the standard IEC 61010-1. Also, they can measure the resistance of high, middle and low voltage circuit breakers, high-current bus bar joints, cable splices, and welding joints. The instruments accurately measure not only in factory environments but also in high-induction fields and substations. Both models generate a true DC ripple-free (less than 1 %) current with automatically regulated test ramps. During a test, the protective bonding testers automatically generate increasing current before measuring and decreasing current after the measurement. Consequently, this significantly decreases magnetic transients and ensures great accuracy. These instruments can store up to 500 measurements in the internal memory and have a built-in thermal printer available as an option.DV Win software communicates with the RMO-E earth resistance meter via USB or RS232 interface. It allows a user to run the test remotely from PC, as well as to download test results, analyze and generate fully configurable test reports. The RMO-E series contains two models, RMO60E and RMO100E. The main difference between these two models is in the maximal test current:60 A DC for RMO60E100 A DC for RMO100E
